I grew up around chiropractic, massage therapy, trigger point therapy, holistic health, natural medicine, etc. Prior to attending Logan College of Chiropractic, I graduated from Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy, and when I went into practice on my own, I vowed to find a way to help my patients feel and function better through the utilization of the multiple muscle work techniques and chiropractic adjusting techniques that I had studied over the years. However, I quickly came to realize that many clients need more. The rise of chronic illness such as weight loss resistance, thyroid disorders, hormone dysregulation, autoimmunity, cancers, etc., in recent years is staggering! Over the past decade I have immersed myself in the study of the upstream/root cause of these conditions, and how to help the body heal at the cellular level through utilizing fasting, ketosis, diet variation, and supplementation to maximize health and longevity. My approach is very unique, and leads to clients getting healthy faster, and living their best lives.
